Stiletto Size Chart and Guide to Finding the Right Shoe Size
Choosing the right size is the most crucial aspect of online shoe shopping. Especially with elegant, high-heeled shoes like stilettos , selecting the correct size is essential for both comfort and fit. At Rubrica Shoes, we've prepared this guide to help you ensure your order fits you perfectly.
Our stiletto models are generally true to size ; however, to make the best choice based on your foot shape and size, you can follow the steps below.
How to Measure Your Foot at Home?
If you don't know your shoe size or are unsure, you can easily measure your foot length in centimeters at home. For the most accurate results, we recommend doing this at the end of the day (when your feet are slightly swollen).
-
Preparation: Gather a blank A4 sheet of paper, a pen, and a ruler (or measuring tape).
-
Instructions: Lay the paper flat on a surface and place one edge against a wall.
-
Drawing: Place your foot on the paper with your heel touching the wall. Mark the point where your longest toe ends with a pencil.
-
Measurement: Measure the distance between the edge of the paper and the point you marked using a ruler.
-
Comparison: Find your size by comparing your result (cm) with the Stiletto Size Chart below.

What should you consider when choosing stilettos?
-
For Wide Feet: Stiletto heels, by their nature, taper towards the toe. If you have wide feet, it's recommended to choose one size larger or pay attention to the "true to size" label for comfort.
-
Half Sizes: If your foot size is between two sizes (e.g., 37.5), choosing the next size up (38) in closed-toe, heeled shoes like stilettos will generally prevent toe pinching.
-
Suede vs. Leather Difference: Genuine leather and high-quality suede materials can stretch and mold to the shape of your foot over time. However, stiffer materials like patent leather stretch less, so it's important that they fit perfectly the first time you wear them.
